The CPM154 blade takes and holds an excellent edge while providing good corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and toughness. The stonewashed finish hides use-scratches.
To lighten the Launch 5's weight, the handles are durable anodized aluminum with a machined texture for a secure grip. Excellent ergonomics just as you would expect from Emerson.
