We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return an item, products may be returned within 5 days of receipt for a full refund. Shipping charges are non refundable and all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee and credit card processing fee. While most items are returnable, returns are subject to the following guidelines. A return must be authorized first before a refund will be processed. A return authorization number will be issued simply by contacting us first before item is returned.
Proper Conditions for Return and Refund
We cannot refund returns for certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned without return authorization number more than 10 days from ship date.
- Any item that is not in its new/original (vintage) condition.
- Any item that is damaged or missing parts.
Items that do not meet our return guidelines may receive partial refunds as latama.net determines:
- Any item taken out of its plastic wrap: 50% of item's price.
- Any item that is not in its new/original (vintage) condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price.
- Any item that is missing parts: up to 50% of item's price.
- Any book or other item that has obvious signs of use: 50% of item's price.
For Defective, or Damaged Items
We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturers defect or our error. For all other items, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
If you refuse a delivery from latama.net for whatever reason, the package will be returned to us. Once return is processed, you will receive a full refund minus shipping.
Return Shipping Method
For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS or USPS with Delivery Confirmation. Please be sure to keep your receipt and tracking number. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return. If refund cannot be issued to your credit card (due to expired card), a check will be issued.
