Walt's CUSTOM 23cm CLASSIC “Titanium Edition”. A one-of-a-kind collaboration between Tom Wright of Wright Bladeworks and Wilfred Valtakis II (Chipped Metal), this extraordinary knife was created as Latama Cutlery's entry for the 2026 Blade Show in Atlanta. Requiring more than 50 hours of meticulous hand craftsmanship, it features solid lab-grade pinless titanium scales, individually engraved and selectively heat-anodized to produce a mesmerizing spectrum of blue, violet, and bronze hues. The intricate spiderweb engraving and iridescent finish make every angle reveal a different play of light, ensuring this knife is a true work of functional art.

Complementing the custom scales are an anodized titanium bolster-release mechanism, a locking detent titanium safety, and Ethiopian Welo opals elegantly set in sterling silver cups on both the button and lock tab, adding a refined touch to this exceptional build

The full hollow-ground blade is handcrafted from Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium alloy and hand-polished, heat-anodized, and sharpened. Riding on Teflon washers, the lightweight titanium blade delivers exceptionally fast deployment—faster than any Latama knife ever produced. Familiar LATAMA over Italy and Walt's stylized cat tang stamp grace the blade, forging a true collector’s piece.

Care: To preserve the custom anodized finish, clean only with Windex or a similar ammonia-free glass cleaner and a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or polishes, as they may damage the anodizing.
